Nature Therapy

These days, a dose of nature therapy can be just what is needed, when the stress of dealing with homeschooling, work from home, social distancing, and health concerns can be overwhelming. With proper planning, and attention to the rules (stay local, avoid crowded locations, stay home if you’re sick), you can get out and enjoy the many benefits of fresh air, sunshine, and the sights and sounds of nature.
